Even when Volvo does coupes they farm that work out to design houses: Bertone (262C and 780), so it was a bit of a shock fifteen years ago to see this coming from Sweden: in-house and looking not unlike a Thunderbird. As far as coupes go this is pretty generic: low swoopy room, long back rake, athletic C-Pillar to promise performance and the general size and shape do nothing but point out how generic the effort really was. Volvos may have been boxy but at least they were distinct and there was a familiar resemblance that this C70 broke.

New Exhaust

My 20-year-old exhaust is rusty, leady and ugly. So I find this one off Turbobricks for cheap. It’s not quite an exact replacement of what I had.
